Nomura Singapore Limited in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored investment strategies and exceptional service.

You will deepen client relationships, identify prospects within the Thai market, introduce a wide range of products, ensure strict KYC and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with product specialists to meet revenue and AUM targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking managing High-Net-Worth or Ultra-High-Net-Worth client relationships.
• Experience providing personalized investment advice, financial planning services, including asset allocation, risk management, and estate planning for High-Net-Worth or Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products, and services through previous client advisory or portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
• Proven experience in acquiring new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through referrals, networking, and structured business development initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects in the region.
• Identify prospects within the Thai market and use market knowledge to actively acquire new clients.
• Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on their suitability.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients.
• Assist in new business/product development and work with products and service specialists in order to best serve client needs.
• Contribute to the bottom-line of Wealth Management through the accomplishment of revenue and AUM target.
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures both in Hong Kong/Singapore and in the specific geographical area.
