Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a skilled IT professional to analyze system and application logs, diagnose issues, and isolate root causes of outages in a finance domain.

You will handle application maintenance, monitor production health, deploy patches, and collaborate with developers, admins, and analysts to hand off defects or hotfixes. Linux and Windows environments are required; banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Linux and Windows environments experience
• Banking/financial domain experience considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Analyze system and application logs, run diagnostic queries, and isolate the root cause of software bugs or outages.
• Application Maintenance & Monitoring: Track production system health using monitoring tools, apply patches, and deploy release/change requests.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business analysts to hand off complex defects or test hotfixes.
• Documentation: Write and update troubleshooting guides, FAQ articles, and post-incident review reports.
