Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a proven troubleshooter to analyze logs, isolate root causes, and ensure rapid recovery of software systems.

You will maintain production systems, monitor health, apply patches, and coordinate with developers, sysadmins, and business analysts to deliver hotfixes and clear post-incident reports.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and debug software by analyzing logs and isolating root causes.
• Maintain and monitor production systems; apply patches and deploy releases.
• Collaborate with developers, sysadmins, and business analysts to hand off defects or hotfixes.
• Document troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and post-incident reports.
• Banking/financial domain experience is a plus.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system and application logs to identify root causes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business analysts to hand off complex defects or test hotfixes.
• Documentation: Write and update troubleshooting guides, FAQ articles, and post-incident review reports.
• Financial / Banking domain experience will be an added advantage
