The ideal candidate has a business degree, proven sales leadership experience, and strong communication and coaching skills. You will analyze markets, mentor staff, and build lasting customer relationships to expand our presence in the region.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as sales manager or representative with targets met/exceeded.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influence across all levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
• Data analysis and report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
