Qualificações

• BS/MS in business administration or related field.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to pursue continuous education via workshops and conferences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Solid business sense and market knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and within opening hours.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor sales reps.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts.
• Identify emerging markets and assess competition.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by director.
