Job summary

You will design and implement strategic plans, recruit and coach sales reps, monitor performance, build lasting customer relationships, and present sales forecasts and budgets to the management team. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in business or related field required.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Committed to ongoing education through workshops and conferences.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
• Design and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and ensure strong market presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competition and new products.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
