Qualifications

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base and strengthen presence.
Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Implement new sales plans and present reports on sales, revenue and expenses.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying aware of new products and competition.
Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
