Job summary

STATE STREET FUND SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Hedge Fund Accounting professional to support end-to-end fund administration, interact with clients and auditors, and train junior staff.

The role sits within Alternative Investment Solutions and offers exposure to NAV operations and relationship management. You will coordinate NAV packs, perform reconciliations, allocations, and performance analysis, while ensuring controls and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus (CFA/CPA/ACCA).
• 4+ years in accounting/financial services environment.
• Strong client relationship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly NAV packs.
• Review cash/position reconciliations and validate pricing.
• Handle income/expense accrual and allocations.
• Analyze fund returns and performance against market trends.
• Support client onboarding and migration activities.
• Provide NAV reports to managers, brokers, auditors; assist ad hoc projects.
