Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to lead a team responsible for NAV calculations across hedge funds and alternative assets. You will oversee supervising fund accountants, review NAVs, payments, and related reports, and collaborate with cross-functional groups.

You will plan daily workflows, ensure high SLA adherence, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification a plus.
6+ years of experience in Financial Services with high-volume environments or hedge funds.
Supervisory experience with 3+ years leading staff.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Excellent client relationship management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Compute NAVs for hedge funds and complex portfolios.
Review and sign-off NAV calculations, financial statements, and reports.
Review/authorize payments and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (SSC, Middle Office, Pricing, IR) to ensure accuracy.
Plan daily workflows and monitor deliverables to meet SLAs.
Drive continuous improvements and maintain controls.
