Job summary

Synapxe is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join the operations team supporting HEALIX, a cloud-based healthcare data platform. You will gain hands-on experience in system monitoring, incident management, and process improvements across cloud and on‑premises environments.

As an undergraduate in Year 2 or 3, you will learn to develop dashboards, support issue triaging, and contribute to automation and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Year 2 or Year 3 pursuing a degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, OAS) is a plus; on‑the‑job learning expected.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to support issue triaging and identify process improvements.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn new ideas.
• Good communication and attention to detail, especially in documentation and SOP-related work.

Responsibilities

• Support system monitoring and reporting activities, including dashboards to track performance and trends.
• Assist in incident and issue management, logging, categorizing, and tracking resolution across cloud and on‑premises systems.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operational workflows.
• Support automation efforts by helping develop or enhance scripts and tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Assist in documentation and operational support, including data preparation and SOP updates.
