Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, portfolio dashboarding, and data-driven insights in Singapore. You will contribute to monthly reporting cycles, support costing analyses, and learn how financial data informs operational decisions.

The role offers exposure to financial systems (SAP, Tableau), dashboarding, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team focused on health tech innovation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or 3 pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial reporting packages and stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain and enhance portfolio dashboards to support reporting and decision-making.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and visualization using financial systems and tools.
• Conduct costing analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Support development of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparation of accounting entries.
• Support grant-related reporting, cashflow reporting, and utilization tracking.
• Track MOH programmes and assist in reporting submissions.
