Synapxe invites you to join as an intern and contribute to powering a healthier Singapore through HealthTech. As an intern, you will support recruitment and employer branding, gain hands-on experience, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve candidate experience.

You will engage in requisition, sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and campus events while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or 3 pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, or related discipline.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, well-organised with strong follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support internship and graduate recruitment from requisition, sourcing, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Provide timely responses for queries in the recruitment mailbox.
• Assist recruitment activities such as campus fairs, industry talks, and recruitment talks.
• Assist the employer branding team in creating marketing collaterals for LinkedIn, Facebook and other job boards.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
