Job summary

Synapxe is offering an internship to contribute to health tech by leveraging AI to streamline procurement workflows in RFP/RFQ processes. You will work with the Infra-Portfolio team to map, analyze, and improve processes using data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in their 2nd or 3rd year, with interest in AI, analytics, and process improvement. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication are valued as you engage stakeholders and plan phased AI

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, automation or ML concepts.
• Familiarity with data analytics and process mapping techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current RFP/RFQ workflows with the Infra-Portfolio team.
• Identify inefficiencies and Bottlenecks affecting turnaround time.
• Analyze procurement data to spot automation opportunities.
• Provide recommendations with cost-benefit analyses.
• Engage stakeholders to validate findings and ensure practicality.
• Prepare phased implementation roadmaps for AI solutions.
• Deliver progress updates to stakeholders with expected gains.
