Job summary

Synapxe is seeking an intern to join our Sector Governance team in Singapore, contributing to cybersecurity communications and stakeholder engagement in Public Healthcare. This internship offers practical experience, skill development, and the chance to impact health through technology.

You will assist in managing meetings, documenting minutes, creating engaging content for channels, and crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3 pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing communication materials such as presentations, posters, infographics, videos, or social media content
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to develop engaging awareness campaigns

Responsibilities

• Support management meetings with stakeholders in Public Healthcare, document minutes of meeting and provide summary to management for key cybersecurity and data security forums
• Develop engaging content that aligns with messaging and is suitable for the chosen channels
• Create persuasive and engaging content that drives the reader to take a specific action
• Craft a compelling message that communicates the value and resonates with target audience
