Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Resource Management unit, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient manpower distribution, timely handling of resource requests, and close collaboration with stakeholders to optimise outpatient clinic delivery.

You will drive data analysis of demand and supply, support management reporting, monitor appointments, and continuously improve workflows and policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 3-5 years work experience, preferably in healthcare with supervisory experience.
• Critical thinker and self-directed.
• Service-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and ability to multi-task.
• Driven and independent worker who can manage priorities.
• Possess strong coordination, communication skills and a team-player.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational, administrative functions and activities of Resource Management unit.
• Ensure efficient manpower distribution and all resource requests are attended to in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work with stakeholders on requests and modification of clinic resources for efficient outpatient service delivery.
• Support review of clinic resource setups for efficient utilisation of sessions and rooms.
• Assist in set-up of new clinic resources.
• Assist ensuring proper creation of service providers in OAS to meet audit requirements.
• Ensure workflows are in place and staff are competent when new or revised policies are implemented.
• Perform analysis of demand and supply of clinic resources to optimise resources and reduce wastage.
• Support HOD in management reporting and project presentations.
• Audit and monitor appointments data for appropriate utilisation of slots.
• Review resources to enhance efficiency and load balancing.
• Analyse data on Resource Management and patient access; provide recommendations to streamline work processes.
• Review and enforce QA programs, policies, procedures, and training manuals.
• Liaise with stakeholders on project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with budgets.
