Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore seeks a Manager, Operations (MEC Ops and AMKSC Ops) to oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations, drive efficiency, and ensure service quality across SOCs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager/Assistant Director, you will lead process improvements, monitor dashboards and KPIs, and coordinate with clinic managers, nurses, and PSAs to ensure consistent service delivery and cost-awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Healthcare Management or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including some supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Healthcare operations or service-oriented environment, outpatient/clinic experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Ability to work with operational data and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day outpatient clinic operations, monitor patient flow, resources, and service standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and design, pilot, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and analyse operational data, dashboards, and KPI reports to surface trends and inform decisions.
• Support delivery of operational and digital/technology improvement projects across teams.
• Review and update SOPs to reflect changes and ensure consistency across clinics.
