Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a capable professional to supervise outsourced Environmental Services within the hospital, ensuring safe and timely delivery of housekeeping, laundry, waste, pest control, and related support.

You will monitor KPIs, review provider performance, manage budgets, conduct audits for safety and infection control, and drive continuous improvements with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs of outsourced Environmental Services including housekeeping, linen, pest control, waste disposal, sustainability and landscape services.
• Review and report service providers’ performance against targets through monthly reports.
• Conduct analysis and feedback on KPI variances.
• Collaborate with service providers for performance improvements.
• Prepare and monitor capital and operating expenditure for annual budgeting.
• Attend to incidents; investigate and implement corrective actions.
• Perform audits to ensure safety and infection control compliance.
• Conduct joint inspections with service providers to identify gaps and improvements.
• Write proposals and approval papers.
• Provide detailed specifications for RFPs/ITQs.
• Undertake improvement projects.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
