Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior Executive to join the Environmental Services team. You will supervise outsourced services across cleaning, waste management, and related operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will monitor performance against targets, manage the annual budget, coordinate with partners, and drive service improvements while ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Healthcare or Hospitality.
• Good communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills.
• Highly independent, meticulous and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outsourced services under Environmental Services and implement ES programmes.
• Monitor KPIs and review service providers' performance against targets.
• Collaborate with service providers to drive improvements and ensure standards.
• Coordinate work with users and partners for smooth service delivery with minimal disruption.
• Track ES department work plans, compile statistics, and present findings for decision-making.
• Budget management including annual budgeting and ongoing expense monitoring.
• Perform routine audits to ensure cleaning and infection control standards are met.
