Job summary

RENCI is seeking an Executive to maintain and implement corporate policies, procedures, and controls for operational processes within a hospital environment in Singapore. The role collaborates with the ED and Operations Manager to support residents and the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating building systems maintenance, vendor management, and maintaining compliance documentation. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork are essential to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering / Hospitality or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and Operations Manager with other departments and external parties.
• Assist in maintenance for building systems, track equipment efficiency and warranties, and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate operations related maintenance schedules and facility inspections across hospital premises.
• Manage external vendors for supplies and services, ensuring contract compliance and industry standards.
• Liaise between internal departments and external contractors for timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain records and databases for ops assets and compliance documentation.
• Manage operational technology systems and support ITD for enhancements.
• Assist with operations budget tracking and expense management.
• Support audits with documentation and follow-up actions.
• Respond to operations inquiries related to environmental, pest control and food services.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and reporting on operations matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and hospital policies.
