Job summary

RENCI is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist in Singapore to oversee and optimize the organization’s servers, networks, and cloud services. You will design, implement, and maintain secure, compliant infrastructure for a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include systems and network administration, disaster recovery, security monitoring, and documentation. A rotating standby schedule and ad-hoc tasks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, Azure Architect, CISSP, CISM and/or CompTIA Security+.
• 5+ years of experience providing systems, network and cybersecurity operational support.
• Hands-on experience with servers, network and security devices, firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers and wireless solutions.
• Experience with at least 5 of listed technologies in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring performance, security and reliability of servers, network, security systems and cloud services.
• Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure for a healthcare organization.
• Perform systems administration: Windows servers, virtualization, storage, AD/DNS/DHCP/GP, backups and DR.
• Maintain network services: LAN/WLAN/VPN, firewalls, switches, routers; implement security policies.
• Ensure security and compliance: endpoint protection, audits, access controls and encryption.
• Documentation and reporting: network diagrams and procedures.
• On rotating roster: standby support during off-office hours and weekends.
• Ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisor or RO.
