• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience in Project Management in Healthcare Industry.
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning to completion to ensure a safe Environment of Care in healthcare.
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities.
• Supervise preventive maintenance by outsourced service partners.
• Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of the system.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide project updates and reports.
