Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore seeks an Executive to maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.

The role involves coordinating with the Executive Director (ED) and Operations Manager (OM), liaising with departments and external parties to service the needs of residents and the organization, and ensuring compliance and documentation across facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building/Estates Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Hospitality or equivalent.
• FSM and SO certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance for building systems and track equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and implement procedures.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and contractors for timely tasks.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and following up.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings on property matters.
• Manage external vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with budget tracking for facilities operations.
