Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore seeks an Executive to maintain and implement corporate policies, procedures, and controls for operational processes. You will coordinate with the ED and Operations Manager to serve nursing home residents and the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, liaising with vendors, managing records, and supporting audits, with a focus on compliance and documentation within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering / Hospitality or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.
• Coordinate with Executive Director and Operations Manager to service the needs of the nursing home residents and the organization.
• Maintain records and databases for ops related assets, maintenance history, and compliance documentation.
• Manage external vendors for supplies and services, ensuring compliance with contracts and statutory requirements and industry standards.
• Liaise between internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of operations related tasks.
• Assist in preparation of audits by maintaining required documentation and following up on actions.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, including reports and presentations on operations matters.
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and policies relating to operations.
