Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee patient flows, registration, billing, and clinical coordination. You will manage staff, ensure PDPA and MOH compliance, and drive service improvements across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in healthcare operations or allied fields. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, Nursing, or related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore healthcare regulations, PDPA, subsidies, corporate panels, and insurance processes.
• Relevant healthcare emergency/shipping logistic/call center operation management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient queues, capacity, and overall workflow to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to prioritise urgent cases and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee registration, billing, consent, financial counselling, medication, courier arrangements, and follow-up appointments.
• Supervise PSAs and monitor staff attendance, shifts, overtime, manpower deployment, and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, MOH requirements, SOPs, workplace safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, consumables, and billing accuracy.
• Track IT incidents, operational metrics, dashboards, and root cause analysis for improvements.
• Manage vendors and coordinate with medical, radiology, pharmacy, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Handle incident reporting, patient feedback, service recovery, and post-incident reviews.
• Support emergency preparedness and Business Continuity Plan activities.

• 5 days per week as per roster (Including weekends and PH; 2 rotating shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
