Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to support its compensation team in a public healthcare environment in Singapore. You will work with HR systems, data and audits while supporting key HR initiatives.

Key duties include enhancing the performance management module, conducting UAT, data validation, and preparing HR reports. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• Experience in HR operations, HR systems, data management or project coordination preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Support enhancements to the performance management module of the HR system.
• Execute user acceptance testing, track and close defects.
• Update user guides and prepare go-live communications.
• Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation and verification.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports and audit submissions.
• Compile data for union-related requirements.
• Work with HR business partners to gather information and monitor deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
