Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, HR systems, payroll processes, or work pass matters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, work pass administration, attendance matters, benefits administration, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR letters and maintain accurate employee information
• Support payroll-related inputs
• Coordinate training arrangements
• Assist with staff welfare initiatives
• Ensure HR processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Work closely with employees, line managers, and internal stakeholders to provide timely HR support
• Assist in resolving routine HR queries
