Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist in reviewing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Organise HR datasets and conduct checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance and service levels.
• Assist with office administration including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation.
• Track departmental assets and office supplies where required.
• Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
