Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to support HR Shared Services, HRIS operations and central HR data management on a 6-month contract. You will provide first-level support to HR users, manage access rights, perform mass data uploads and assist with payroll UAT and HRIS projects.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, CS or HR, plus strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or HR.
• Relevant HRIS, HR operations, systems or data administration experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms an advantage.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; comfortable with data, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR system support for user enquiries and data queries.
• Address HRIS-related enquiries and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support payroll UAT activities and HRIS-related testing.
• Assist with HR system access, password reset requests and user rights management.
• Manage HRIS request system and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor data replication and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Perform mass HR data uploads and ensure accuracy within timelines.
• Support HR activities involving large-scale employee data such as bonuses and promotions.
• Guide users on HRIS processes and data-related queries.
• Assist with team meetings, coordination and ad-hoc HRIS projects.
