Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-level HR professional to join the Group HR team. You will support Recruitment Lifecycle initiatives, gain exposure to HR analytics and automation to aid Recruitment, Cluster Performance Management, and promotion activities.

You will work closely with entity colleagues across the healthcare cluster, handling data, building practical tools, and translating complex information into clear outputs.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduates in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Proven delivery and rollout of automation projects using Power Automate.
• Strong in Microsoft Office and data handling with secure, confidential data practices.

Responsibilities

• Enhancements to SRIRACHA and OHMO Power Automate processes.
• HR process & automation exploration for hiring specialists and other roles.
• Support efficient onboarding process flow for specialists.
