Job summary

OPAY DIGITAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HRIS & Data Analysis Consultant to optimize HR systems, people data, and processes across HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders.

You will manage HRIS platforms, perform data collection and reporting, develop dashboards, and drive data governance and process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in HRIS, HR analytics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and data management.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms with accurate, up-to-date employee data.
• Configure, enhance, and integrate HR systems and related tools.
• Manage employee lifecycle data including onboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding.
• Identify system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain HRIS processes, workflows, access, and documentation.
• Support upgrades, testing, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze HR and people data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR metrics: headcount, turnover, retention, recruitment, costs.
• Develop data models and dashboards to provide insights.
• Identify trends and issues through workforce data analysis.
• Translate complex HR data into practical recommendations.
