Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain hygiene standards in line with hotel policies, SFSMS and NEA standards.
• Lead stewarding team: scheduling, rostering, performance management, coaching and training.
• Manage inventory and cost control: stock, breakages, equipment purchases, labour costs.
