Job summary

Universal Studios Singapore is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Executive to oversee day-to-day stewarding operations and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained across kitchens and food service areas within our park.

Responsibilities include supervising the stewarding team, maintaining HACCP standards, managing inventory, and coordinating shift handovers to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in stewarding or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Food hygiene and fire safety certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to perform shift work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stewarding operations including dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to support operational requirements.
• Monitor work performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain HACCP standards within the kitchen and surrounding areas at all times.
• Conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld.
