Job summary

The Kallang Group is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to oversee National Stadium operations, ensuring flawless event delivery, planning and customer experience. You will work closely with promoters, clients and authorities to guarantee safety, compliance, and high service standards.

Lead and develop staff while driving continuous improvements for every event. The role focuses on operations planning, risk management, and delivering a world-class venue experience for the public, artistes, hirers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or better preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in event operations or arena/major stadium management.
Proven leadership and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver and supervise day-to-day and event operations at the National Stadium.
Plan events in collaboration with promoters, hirers and partners, ensuring license and safety compliance.
Lead the team to provide exceptional customer care and service standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and government authorities.
Ensure venue readiness, KPI compliance, and efficient staff management.
Prepare and review SOPs, plans and resources for events with the Venue Lead.
