Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated 10+ years in commercial and/or military robotics with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning and grow revenue in defence robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Robotics Unit with full P&L and revenue accountability in the defence market.
• Drive development and management of defence robotics opportunities for local and international customers.
• Coordinate tender and contract bids end-to-end to meet requirements and company goals.
• Plan resource allocation across cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyse robotics, automation, and unmanned system trends to shape strategy and R&D focus.
• Develop market engagement plans and winning strategies for robotics and unmanned systems.
