Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Singapore to maintain, establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for timely project deliveries. The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience and the ability to travel overseas if required.

Working location is Jurong East, with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge communications, sensors, and AI-enabled edge applications for mission-critical roles in defence,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Project Management experience is preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Familiarity with defence/telecom sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel overseas if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Interface with customers regularly to report progress and status.
• Support bid manager during tender/prospect bids and manage resources and schedule.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, QA, HR on project matters as needed.
• Monitor progress and keep all stakeholders updated on status.
• Jointly responsible with the business owner for delivering revenue targets.
