Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading fintech organisation to appoint a Head of Rewards in Singapore. This role will lead the organisation’s rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, equity plans and incentive programmes, while ensuring reward frameworks remain competitive and scalable to support business growth.

The Head of Rewards will partner with senior stakeholders, shape benchmarking practices and drive scalable, future‑ready reward policies across the organisation.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong experience across compensation, benefits, equity plans and incentive programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable reward frameworks in a growing organisation.
• Good understanding of market benchmarking, compensation trends and employee benefits practices.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience within fintech, financial services or a fast-growing organisation is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall rewards strategy.
• Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, benchmarking and pay programmes.
• Manage and enhance employee benefits programmes in line with business needs and market practices.
• Design and manage equity plans, short-term and long-term incentive programmes.
• Ensure reward frameworks remain competitive, scalable and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on compensation decisions and reward-related initiatives.
• Drive the enhancement of reward policies, processes and frameworks to support organisational growth.
