Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in Singapore is seeking a future-focused HR policy and rewards professional to design, evaluate and implement compensation and staff-benefits programs across local and overseas teams.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining meticulous compensation calculations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR policy and compensation/benefits development and implementation.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and distill problem statements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and objectivity.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in an organized way.
• Meticulous in compensation-related computation.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Experience with HR systems Workday and Erideon is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and evaluate changes to compensation and benefits policies for local and overseas staff.
• Design and implement policy changes across conduct, compensation and staff benefits.
• Review and implement terms and benefits for HQ-based and overseas employees as needed.
• Partner with EDB management, line managers, and functions like Finance and ITS on rewards matters.
• Communicate policy changes and new initiatives to employees.
• Develop expertise in EDB’s HR systems and ensure HR records accuracy; assist with system upgrades.
• Support other HROD duties as required.
