Job summary

Confidential Company in Singapore is seeking a Rewards and Benefits Partner to drive design and implementation of company-wide programmes and initiatives, supporting day-to-day HR operations and aligning with growth priorities.

You will collaborate with HR team to deliver analytical support, advise on rewards, design ranges, and manage equity plan systems while coordinating with Finance, Legal and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Rewards and Benefits.
• Experience in Financial Services or Technology industry is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and proactive.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and hands-on support to delivery of programmes and initiatives.
• Advise HRBP on rewards-related matters.
• Design and review compensation ranges.
• Support equity plan management and system implementation.
• Manage internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors.
