LONGPORT Whale is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end platform implementations for institutional clients across markets. You will build and run a PMO, establish governance, and drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-market delivery teams, solid knowledge of brokerage systems, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. Travel to markets as needed will be expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above; 8+ years in project/program management, fintech, brokerage, or B2B SaaS implementation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-market delivery teams and PMO leadership.
• Familiar with brokerage/securities trading systems; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage people functions: recruitment, performance, development, and career planning for the PMO team.
• Coordinate between clients and product, engineering, compliance, and sales to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Manage risk, budget, timeline, and resources across concurrent projects; monitor KPIs and report to leadership.
• Organize post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement of delivery methods across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management function for LONGPORT Whale, overseeing platform implementation and go-live delivery for institutional clients (brokerages, banks, family offices) across markets.
• Build and lead a project management team, establishing a PMO governance structure, methodology, and best practices suited to Whale's B2B SaaS delivery model.
• Manage the team's people functions, including recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, capability development, and career planning, to build a high-performing, well-coordinated project management team.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between clients and internal product, engineering, compliance, and sales teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Manage risk, budget, timeline, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent institutional client projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators and delivery performance throughout the project lifecycle, and report progress regularly to senior leadership.
• Organize post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology across regional teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of project/program management experience, ideally with a background in fintech, brokerage, or B2B SaaS implementation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-market delivery teams and managing a PMO function, with direct experience managing project managers or a project team.
• Familiarity with brokerage/securities trading systems (account opening, trading, KYC/AML, CRM) is a strong plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid approaches, with hands-on experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel across markets as needed to support institutional clients.
