Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic, operational and technology-related projects across our FX and CFD brokerage business. You will translate business objectives into actionable project plans and work closely with Trading, Risk Management, Dealing, Technology, Compliance, Operations and Client Services to drive operational efficiency, business scalability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and delivery, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver on time and within agreed scope.
• Be the originator and documentation owner of the New Product Approval Process (NPAP) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and maintain project plans, progress reports, action trackers and management updates.
• Manage projects involving trading platforms, liquidity connectivity, pricing systems, risk management tools and back-office infrastructure, including integrations with liquidity providers, bridge providers, FIX API, CRM systems and MT4/MT5, through UAT, SIT, deployment and post-implementation review.
• Act as the central coordination point across Trading, Risk, Dealing, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Client Services, translating management directives into clear workstreams, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Support regulatory licensing, new market entry, governance, internal controls and audit readiness initiatives, and drive process improvement through SOPs, process documentation and implementation checklists.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in FX/CFD brokerage, capital markets, fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business, technology and operations teams, with familiarity with brokerage operations, trading infrastructure or financial technology implementations.
• Strong organisational, planning, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana or equivalent; a PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Advantageous: exposure to MT4/MT5, FIX API, liquidity aggregation and CRM systems; experience in institutional FX, CFD, prime brokerage or multi-asset environments; and familiarity with Singapore’s financial services regulatory environment, including MAS requirements.
