As a Head of Physics Curriculum, you will be responsible for the following duties.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of curriculum developers and subject consultants to deliver high-quality Secondary Physics programmes

  • Drive the conceptualisation, design, and continuous enhancement of curriculum offerings aligned with organisational teaching frameworks and national syllabus requirements

  • Oversee the development of structured learning pathways, schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and teacher resources

  • Ensure curriculum materials meet quality benchmarks, timelines, and production standards for print and digital delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. teaching, marketing, operations) to strengthen programme value and market relevance

  • Establish and maintain curriculum quality assurance processes, including review cycles and evaluation of programme effectiveness

  • Support teachers through curriculum briefings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives

  • Manage curriculum-related projects, schedules, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth execution

  • Contribute to organisational growth by participating in company-wide initiatives and academic strategy planning

  • Where required, teach or pilot curriculum content to ensure practical alignment with classroom needs

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education, Physics, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development, with strong familiarity with the Singapore education system and syllabus
