Job summary

LABG is seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to oversee LABG’s logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations within the Commercial Division. The role focuses on operational excellence, service quality, scalability, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth across LABG.

You will provide senior leadership across day-to-day operations, warehouse activities, supply chain planning, customer service, and operational transformation, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics or related fields.
• Proven track record in senior operational leadership, P&L management, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, transport, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Experience driving process improvement, digital transformation, and scalability.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and margins.
• Business development or commercial strategy experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership over end-to-end logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain ops.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective, timely delivery of goods and services.
• Strengthen capabilities through continuous improvement and modernization.
• Improve inventory management, demand planning, and productivity.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to balance service and cost-to-serve.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee customer service performance and manage escalations.
• Drive operational strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives across logistics and warehousing.
• Support WMS/TMS/ERP optimization for visibility and scalability.
• Own P&L, monitor costs, margins, and ROI on investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and capacity.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to grow business.
