is seeking an experienced site operations leader in Logistics to oversee warehouse activities, layout optimization, and automation projects aimed at boosting efficiency. The role includes managing P&L, cost optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and leading Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in P&L management, Lean implementations, and leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand lease terms, pricing models, and SLA penalties.
• Excellent executive presentation skills for leading customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and internal steering meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provided strategic leadership for site operations, overseeing warehouse activities, facility layout optimization, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Drove cost optimization through management of labour, overtime, and third-party services while identifying cost-effective alternatives.
• Acted as primary liaison for key customers, supporting contract renewals, business reviews, and scope expansion.
• Led Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects to enhance productivity and customer service performance.
• Held full accountability for site P&L performance, budget management, and financial controls.
• Authorized third-party expenditures, equipment purchases, and procurement within approved limits.
• Ensured compliance with Workplace Safety and Health, MOM, and SCDF regulations.
• Conducted performance reviews, workforce planning, and capacity forecasting to align resources with volumes.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and governance.
• Provided leadership to management teams fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality.
