Job summary

Datadog is seeking a seasoned leader to manage and grow the Implementation Services team in Singapore. You will mentor Service Architects, design and guide deployments, and deepen relationships with regional sellers to expand our services.

This role operates in a hybrid workplace and requires travel up to 30% to client sites, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality engagements and continuous program improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• 1–2 years of selling or positioning professional services.
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with current infrastructure and monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Service Architects.
• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, gathering requirements and building architecture.
• Grow regional relationships with sellers to expand Implementation Services.
• Engage directly with customers to position services and measure program impact.
• Ensure high-quality engagements and drive program improvements.
