Job summary

WinsAbove is hiring a Manager for our Implementation Services team in Singapore. You will lead a team of Service Architects to ensure successful implementations of the Datadog platform. Your role includes mentoring team members, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with sellers to enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in team management and technical architecture, as well as strong presentation skills. Work will be hybrid, allowing a balance between professional and personal life.

Job description

Datadog’s Implementation Services team helps customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly. Our team of architects leads the discovery, design, build, and launch of the Datadog platform to help customers accelerate time to value and get the most out of their investment. As a manager on this team, you will be responsible for growing our relationship with sellers in your region, developing the Service Architects that report into you, and advancing our program to better meet customer needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Service Architects
• Operate as a player/coach to design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including gathering requirements, building technical architecture, and supporting deployment and launch
• Develop relationships with sellers in your region to grow sales of Implementation Services
• Connect directly with customers to position our services and evaluate the impact of our program on their business
• Ensure the highest quality engagements are delivered to our customers
• Own initiatives to improve our program and services offerings
• Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience

Who You Are:

• Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems

• 3-5 years of people management experience
• 1-2 years of experience in selling or positioning professional services
• Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience with current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies
• Able to sit up to 4 hours, traveling to and from client sites
• Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time
