Job summary

58 RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the facilities and cleaning service unit across multiple client sites in Singapore. You will set the operational strategy and targets to drive growth and profitability.

You will supervise site supervisors, manage client relationships and contracts, control budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This role reports to senior management and requires strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Take full charge of facilities & cleaning service business unit, develop operational strategy and business targets for multiple client sites.
• Lead and supervise site supervisors, formulate performance KPI, conduct performance review and talent development for the whole team.
• Manage client relationship, negotiates service contracts, handle high-level client feedback and resolve complex operational risks.
• Control project budget, manpower cost, procurement and resource allocation to achieve profit target.
• Establish company SOP, safety compliance framework, implement quality audit across all service locations.
• Prepare monthly business performance report, provide strategic suggestion to senior management for business expansion.
