Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a responsible Contract Supervisor to oversee cleaning and facilities services at assigned client sites in Singapore. The role involves supervising cleaning teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites. Driving licence is an advantage.

• Ability to solve problems and respond to service issues promptly.
• Independent worker capable of handling multiple sites and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Lead, deploy, and monitor cleaning staff to ensure sufficient manpower and coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning standards meet contractual and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline of cleaning staff.
• Train and coach cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rosters, task assignments, and leave arrangements.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
• Investigate and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment when required.
• Carry out any other duties related to cleaning and facilities operations as assigned.
