Job summary

ENG LENG CONTRACTORS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning tasks across multiple sites and lead site cleaners for consistent service quality. The role includes hands-on onsite support during shortages and planning manpower allocation to ensure coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline, 2–3 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving capabilities; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Lead and manage site cleaners to ensure service quality and coverage.
• Provide hands-on support with onsite cleaning when needed.
• Plan manpower allocation, create work schedules, and manage attendance records.
• Resolve onsite issues including conflict resolution and incident reporting.
• Supervise the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
