Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager of Facilities Management & Operations to lead a team across multiple sites, overseeing maintenance, procurement, and service delivery to support Authority’s operations.

You will drive integrated facilities management, monitor major building systems, and advance energy initiatives while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in facilities management/engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience (strong ACMV/mechanical background essential).
• Experience in commercial office environments and large-scale facility management.
• Experience in data analytics for smart FM technologies and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills with successful track record in service delivery.
• Technically sound with knowledge of M&E maintenance, vendor management, and building regulation compliance.
• Certified BCA Energy Auditors, Singapore Certified Energy Managers have added advantage.
• Able to work weekends and after hours when required.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the higher position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated facilities management including housekeeping and security across HQ and satellites via OCC.
• Monitor and maintain electrical/mechanical systems (HVAC, VRV/DX, HT/LT). Analyze real-time IoT data and dashboards; report to Senior Management.
• Identify utilities wastage; develop policies for Smart FM and energy management; report on progress.
• Manage smart FM tech initiatives, sensors, and IoT devices; support concierge and logistics for offices/events.
• Review and supervise term contracts to ensure performance, KPIs/SLAs, compliance and timely renewals.
