Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an Assistant Manager (Hard Services) to oversee Operations & Maintenance of M&E systems within Estates & Facilities Management in Singapore. You will manage service providers against SLAs/KPIs, drive energy efficiency, and leverage CMMS dashboards for trend analysis.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and robust procurement/process knowledge are essential. You will guide technical improvements, witness T&C where required, and maintain accurate asset records while

Qualifications

Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in operation and maintenance of commercial or institutional M&E systems.
Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and BIM is an advantage.
Experience in design, installation, testing, and commissioning of large ACMV and mechanical systems.
Understanding of contract procurement and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of M&E systems according to SOPs.
Oversee service providers’ performance against SLAs and KPIs, including uptime and energy efficiency.
Monitor CMMS dashboards, analyze energy and water consumption trends, and propose optimisations.
Coordinate technical support for A&A, sustainability, and equipment upgrading projects.
Maintain accurate asset records and conduct annual asset verification.
